Editing Polity

A '''polity''' is a system of political expression and choices.  A [[political party]] exists within a certain polity and can't be said to exist outside it, though there may be some [[unifying movement]] that coordinates multiple parties all over the world, e.g. the [[Greens]] which have very many parties.
