Apparently at least one false crime report was filed by a Wikimedia crony against a person that they believed was a troll, rightly or not (making such assumptions is called "outing" whether or not they are accurate). Filing false crime reports is a form of libel and defamation. Under no circumstances should any Consumerium Governance Organization member ever be allowed to file crime reports that include hearsay or require response to hearsay evidence in order to refute. The Wikipedia Red Faction in particular objects strongly to such behaviour. According to the most organized factions, those who do so must be driven off by trolls and it must be clear that the Lowest Troll does not permit such slack use of evidence and accusations of wrong doing to involve the CGO. See also false reports of terrorism.
