Editing Dissensus

A '''dissensus''' is a [[consensus]] only among those who [[Consumerium:dissent|dissent]].  It is sometimes called '''counter-consensus''' or '''critical [[point of view]]''', and the people who advance it can be called [[trolls]], or (in a [[two-party system]]) the '''loyal opposition''' or '''organized opposition'''.

They are just the second [[faction]] to form (the [[consensus]] or [[sympathetic point of view]] being the first to form, or the most powerful, or in control of the [[infrastructure]] thanks to ownership).  A [[two-party system]] is one where there is a stable consensus, a stable dissensus, and a stable means of choosing one or the other to control or rule the system and make its most important decisions.

The [[New Troll point of view]] is a perhaps optimistic statement that there is a consensus possible among many new arrivals to oppose the [[status quo]].  It is however less optimistic than the obviously-incorrect belief that [[neutral point of view]] can overcome [[systemic bias]].
