Usability refers to various objective, and some strictly subjective, aspects of what a Consumerium end user sees. For instance the glossary of terms that applies to their use of the Consumerium Services, the time it takes an ordinary person to actually swipe the barcode, etc., etc.,

It is a very general concern with wiki code and to a lesser degree also chat code and scanners.
