UCC is an acronym for Uniform Code Council Inc. (non-profit)

  • UCC manages UPC codes and has recently been appointed by the UN to manage the UNSPSC
  • UCC has announced that by January 1, 2005 all retail scanning systems in the US must be able to accept EAN-13
