I like this name much better than [[Development Wiki]].  ;-)  Ideally the [[Research Wiki]] could even be the [[Sense Wiki]], so we have noise, from which the senses pick out the signal.  Easy.  Biological.  Rational.  Hmm.

:THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT NAME FOR THE [[Research Wiki]] ONLY!  It might be the right name for combined Development and Research.  Or just "Noisy Wiki" with the [[Signal Wiki]] being the "Calm Wiki" since nothing controversial is done there.  It's only for final edits and line items, so simplifying it to the [[Publish Wiki]] is ideal.
