Participation by the Wikipedia contributors named on the page will lean us towards "democratize". Trolls assert firmly that participation by any of the following "Wikipedians" (a term that only the vile ones seem to invite) will lean strongly towards "destroy" - requiring a new project to be started specifically to exclude them: w:User:Angela (already here, unfortunately), w:User:Pakaran, w:User:Secretlondon, w:User:The_Anome (the worst), w:User:Maveric149, w:User:Tim_Starling. Trolls won't work with these, because these people lie, both before and after the fact, and nothing they say can be relied upon. They casually lie to justify decisions based on nothing but their own instincts and feelings, which is certainly not the way to make decisions on the Content Wiki. Let them participate at a later time when there are robust Opinion Wiki protocols to minimize the harms that such garbage do.

w:User:Cyan, w:User:Morwen, w:User:MyRedDice and w:User:RK are questionable cases - while they have participated in quite serious degradations of the encyclopedia, and have made some reactive mistakes, they have generally not both hidden valid contributions and themselves personally sought the power to ban things without attempting to advance policy to prevent this type of non-solution in future. Cyan made an effort to rescue valid text from vandals, and RK rejected the ban power when he was offered it. Trolls believe MyRedDice is partly reformed, Cyan can be reformed, and RK has not violated the technical requirements of trolls, and very probably, is simply one himself.

That said, as per Talk:Wiki Management, the sysops should not make decisions based on Wikipedia's mistakes, but should encourage the above to participate under different names, without drawing any attention to their "Wikipedian" status. If nothing else this will prevent revert wars by trolls insistent on applying tit for tat tactics based on what they do to troll edits at Wikipedia. It will also make them ashamed of themselves, and perhaps re-examine their role in degrading the Wikipedia as an encyclopedia.
