This name and Research Wiki are subject to a terminology dispute - see Talk:Development Wiki).
The Signal Wiki is a proposed name for the last-chance-to-edit facility that prepares information for the Consumerium buying signal. This is what used to be called Content Wiki, but, since there are few undisputed facts, and since the word "content" isn't used anywhere else, "Signal" makes it clear what is affected by this data.
For now the description of what it does is at Consumerium buying signal and of the information that backs it, is at Content Wiki.
