Simple is beautiful, natural and good. Or is it some other way around?

Philosophy boils down to that if we combine information about production processes, buying power and compassionate hearts then something good will come out of it.

Consumerium does not seek to artificially alter the functioning of market economy, lazy as we are, we leave that to the politicians and activists who are willing to do more than type code and specs and opinions.

Consumerium simply aims to make things more transparent to the consumer so s/he can see further and excert more power with the same $$$ as before. It is up to the consumer to decide what to do with this enhanced view into economic processes and incresed power, if anything.

Consumerium:Itself contains all the information required to change it. It is reflexive. This is what makes it likely to work, even if the starting place is wrong. The only assumption we make, is to make no assumptions that we aren't forced to make.

A fully Transparent Consumerium is a long term goal we may never reach. But if we could, we would. We don't have any special insight into any of this. We just got here first to lay the foundations. You are as likely as we are to be right. That's why this is a wiki, and why you can always "edit this page" if you disagree.

We can't really make it any simpler than that.
