    One should only protect pages in the Develop Wiki when they are in need of a cool-down period after too many edits. Generally users of this wiki are quite capable of figuring out compromises and practicing political virtues, so this should be nowhere near as common as Research:protect page.

    To Publish:protect page is standard procedure however when a version of a page passes Consumerium Governance Organization's legal clearances.
