-I'm using Netscape 7.02 (addicted to tabbed browsing, will definatelly switch permanently to Safari when they get tabbed browsing) on Mac OS X 10.2.4 and <b> The Horizontal Rulers from the left are panning the whole page</b>. Irrititating.
-They don't show up with Safari 1.0Beta (v.60), Mac OS X
