IFEX, the International Freedom of Expression eXchange is a good source of news on libel chill, press intimidation, press murder and other extreme tactics undertaken by powerful interests against those telling the truth.
The IFEX formal structure including the IFEX Governance system might be a good model for Consumerium Governance Organization.
