Causing trouble

On Wikipedia and other large public wikis suffering from Wikimedia corruption, "causing trouble" means to disagree with the sysop power structure or to criticize it:

• English Wikipedia User Fennec Foxen describes "attempting to get Guanaco desysopped" as causing trouble and suggests that "you were DELIBRATELY attempting to get banned in an attempt to get Guanaco in trouble."

This is very much like accusing a child of getting in front of a soldier for the deliberate purpose of getting shot and causing trouble for the soldier.
