PUt this in~~ [[~~types of countries~~]]~~, but,~~ in ~~general~~, ~~only really wasteful rich countries "recycle" anything; Poor frugal ones~~ [[~~re-use~~]] ~~everything instead, or don't consume it at all~~.		This meter has to be ralated to the general level of [[infrastructural capital\|infrastructure]] in the country. We can't expect a country without adequate water, sewage and electricity capabilities to provide [[recycling]] services.
