Some would tie it to [[bioregional democracy]] so that each [[ecoregion]] has its own [[community currency]] and controls can be put at the borders.<br /> <br /> We are not all that interested in it here except as a means of understanding [[money]] and how to make a [[healthy signal infrastructure]] [[self-funding]].
