&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;New page&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;It&amp;#039;s probably a bad idea to use anchor text in links that is not the title of the article.  In fact, it is definitely a bad idea.  We are trying to come up with re-usable phrases that will make sense and have resonant meaning.  That is sabotaged by using different text to link to something than it is titled with...&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
