:Hmm? Whaizthiz?? 2004 Lexus LS 430? SmartAccess? Just pull the handle?
::Yes, just pull the handle according to the factory. I won't spoil the fun by guessing the details and besides I don't get paid to do that so why bother. I must admit that I keep on wondering how advanced this SmartAccess system is. Thumbs up that it is software upgradeable/configurable to satisfy the different needs of individual owners, car pools and rental services. Like there is the issue that in a rental or sharing situation the locking system needs to be able to interface with mobile networks to stay up-to-date with valid keys and blacklisted keys.

I place my bets on that one of the Japanese manufacturers builds this first, because their culture is somewhat different from the Americans and Europeans in the sense that the executives may even think of other values besides short-range stock performance to fill their pockets with more stock-options millions. (Like their pockets were too empty)

Hmm? Whaizthiz?? 2004 Lexus LS 430? SmartAccess? Just pull the handle?
Yes, just pull the handle according to the factory. I won't spoil the fun by guessing the details and besides I don't get paid to do that so why bother. Bummer. It's not [[Bluetooth]9 but proprietary.

Actually many people who feel passionatelly about their own car might be interested in subscribing to a car sharing club, because it would enable them to try out a multitude of cars and compare and evaluate them.

A car that is privately owned is driven maybe 1-2 hours/day but a shared car might be driven some 10-16 hrs/day which would make the car be consumed up more quickly enabling new, more ecological models to enter the market more quickly. No? Less cars in between the factory and the scrapyard that are cycled faster.
